• Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and source customers for Axis Bank's Micro Loan products.
• Visit potential customers and conduct field sales activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate customer leads.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers and assist with the loan application process.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Deliver good customer service and maintain professional communication.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Intermediate (10+2) qualification is compulsory.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in banking sales, financial services sales, or any other sales field in India.
• Communication: Good speaking skills and the ability to communicate confidently with customers.
• Customer Management: Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Two-Wheeler: A bike is compulsory for field visits.
• Job Nature: Field-based, sales-oriented, and target-driven.
• Immediate Joiners: Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

Note: Freshers without the required six months of sales experience are not eligible for this opening.

• Salary and IncentivesFixed CTC: ₹18,000–₹24,000 per month, depending on experience and eligibility.
