Job Description
Hiring: Captain | Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Inorbit Mall, Hitech City, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Performance Incentives + PF Benefits
Staff Food Provided (Accommodation is NOT provided)
Rotational Shifts | 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Immediate Joiners or Candidates Available Within 15 Days Preferred
We are looking for experienced Male Captains with excellent guest service and floor management skills to join our hospitality team.
Eligibility:
• Minimum 1–3 years of on-paper experience as a Captain or Senior Steward (Mandatory)
• Background in Hotels, Restaurants, Fine Dining, Casual Dining, QSR, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage
• Strong experience in floor operations, guest handling, team coordination, and service standards
• Telugu is Mandatory (English & Hindi preferred)
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
