Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers visiting the retail store.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
  • Demonstrate musical instruments and other products to customers when required.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Manage billing, payments, and basic sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

  • Maintain a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
