Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Sales & Targets: Strong sales skills with the ability to drive revenue, achieve targets, and improve store performance.
  3. Recruitment & Team Management: Experience in hiring, training, motivating, and managing store staff.
  4. Communication & Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Store Operations: Ability to independently manage daily operations, inventory, merchandising, billing, and customer satisfaction.
