Job Description

  1. Job ResponsibilitiesSales & Targets: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  2. Staff Management: Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance and duty schedules.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
  4. Stock Management: Monitor stock availability, inward and outward stock, and prevent stock loss.
  5. Store Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness, product display and visual merchandising.
  6. Billing & Cash: Monitor billing, cash handling and daily sales transactions.
  7. Daily Reporting: Submit daily sales reports, target achievement, stock updates and staff attendance to management.
  8. Marketing & Promotions: Implement promotional activities and improve sales during weekends and festivals.
  9. Team Training: Train staff on product knowledge, customer handling and sales techniques.
  10. Store Operations: Ensure the store operates smoothly according to company policies and procedures.
