Safety Officer

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites.
• Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Monitor work activities such as:
• Work at height
• Excavation work
• Electrical safety
• Scaffolding activities
• Lifting operations
• Confined space work
• Conduct safety induction training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
• Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all employees and contractors.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and submit reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and firefighting systems.
• Monitor housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions across the site.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors regarding safety compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for management review.

Ensure zero-accident culture and continuous safety improvement at site

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong experience in handling construction projects and site operations.
