Job Description

  • Welcome customers and help them explore our collectibles and products.
  • Explain product details, brands, scales, pricing, and available collections.
  • Handle billing, payments, and customer transactions accurately.
  • Maintain store displays and ensure products are organized and presentable.
  • Track stock, update inventory records, and report low-stock items.
  • Assist with stock receiving, product tagging, and replenishment.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer queries and support exchanges or complaints according to company policy.
  • Support promotional activities, new product launches, and store events.
  • Share daily sales reports and stock updates with the store manager.
  • Follow company policies and ensure the safety of store inventory and cash.
