Sales Executive

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring a turnkey interior projects. You'll own the journey from first enquiry to signed contract — managing every lead that comes in, understanding what the client wants, walking them through our process and pricing, and closing with the design team's support.

Key responsibilities

Lead management

• Own all inbound leads from Instagram, website, walk-ins, and referrals — log every enquiry the same day
• Qualify on budget, timeline, possession status, and decision-maker involvement
• Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth: stage, next action, next follow-up date
• Run structured follow-up cadences so no lead goes cold; revive dormant leads periodically
• Report weekly on leads received, conversion rate, and source-wise performance

Sales

• Conduct studio meetings and client site visits; capture requirements accurately for the design team
• Present design concepts, quotations, and BOQs; handle objections on price and scope
• Close bookings and meet monthly booking-value targets
• Coordinate with designers and project team for smooth handover post-booking
• Build referral relationships with architects, builders, and past clients

Requirements

• 1+ year in sales — interiors,architecture, modular furniture, real estate, or building materials preferred
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Comfortable discussing numbers, quotations, and payment terms
• Consistent daily caller — follow-up discipline matters more than smooth talking here
• Own two-wheeler and smartphone; willing to travel across Hyderabad
• Graduate in any discipline

Good to have: familiarity with modular furniture materials and finishes, basic understanding of drawings, prior CRM experience.
