Sales Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our showroom teams. You will be the face of Woodkraft Studio — guiding customers through our furniture collections, understanding their home décor needs, and helping them find pieces they will love for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them through our furniture and home furnishings range.
• Explain customisation options — fabric, finish, dimensions — and help customers visualise their selections.
• Share product knowledge including materials, craftsmanship, warranty and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and messages to convert enquiries into orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue goals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order booking and delivery updates.
• Maintain a tidy, well-presented showroom and assist in visual merchandising when required.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the showroom manager promptly.
