Job Description

  • Greet walk-in customers, understand their consumer electronics needs, and provide clear details on product features, pricing, warranties, and ongoing offers.
  • Drive monthly store revenue and profit targets by cross-selling compatible accessories and extended warranties.
  • Process bills, handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, and update real-time transaction records.
  • Monitor stock levels, restock shelves/racks, handle merchandise returns, and support visual merchandising standards.
