Job Description

Sales Officer / Executive - within the Marketing & Business Development function is entrusted with the responsibility to manage day-to-day sales activities, order processing and customer coordination for assigned accounts.




Responsibilities



•     Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules with Production/SCM.

•     Follow up on payments/collections in coordination with Finance.

•     Handle routine customer queries,complaints and provide timely resolution/escalation.

•     Maintain sales records, order status trackers and customer communication logs.

•     Support the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports and forecasts.

•     Track order status against forging process stages for accurate customer updates.

•     Coordinate with SCM on dispatch of forged components, including transport/handling requirements.



Requisite Skills

•     MS Office/ERP proficiency
