Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed residential or commercial interior projects. You will work closely with our design, sales, and execution teams to expand our client base across Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and generate new leads for residential and commercial interior design projects through outreach and networking.

Requirements & Skills

Channel Networking: Build and nurture strong working relationships with builders, real estate developers, architects, and housing communities across prime Hyderabad localities (e.g., Bachupally, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Miyapur, Kokapet, Nallagandla, Kondapur, Shamshabad, Kollur, etc).

Requirements & Skills

Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage social media channels, create engaging content (photos/videos of completed projects), and run localized online campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Market Research: Analyze local competitors, pricing trends, and target customer segments in the Hyderabad interior market.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Interior Design.

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the interior design or construction industry.

Aesthetic Sensibility: A keen eye for interior design, home décor, or architectural styles.

 Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad for client meetings and site visits.
