Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive for a leading Automobile Showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, delivering excellent customer experience, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in and online customers professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and provide a complete product walkthrough
• Follow up with leads generated through calls, walk-ins, and digital campaigns
• Prepare and process sales documentation, booking forms, and delivery paperwork
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan/EMI processing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on Hyundai's latest models, offers, and competitor products
• Maintain CRM/database records of customer interactions

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of automobiles/vehicle specifications preferred
• Proficiency in local language + working knowledge of English/Hindi
• Two-wheeler license preferred (for test drive purposes, if applicable)
