Sales & Marketing Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Magna Sales and Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and technically oriented Field Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team in the Hyderabad/Telangana Region. The candidate will understand industrial customer requirements, recommend suitable technical products and solutions, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Identify and develop new B2B / industrial customers in the assigned territory.

·       Visit customers regularly and understand their technical and commercial requirements.

·       Recommend suitable products and customized engineering solutions based on customer needs.

·       Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.

·       Generate new leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.

·       Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.

·       Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into orders.

·       Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

·       Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer requirements.

·       Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

·       Maintain existing customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

·       Prepare regular sales reports and customer visit reports.

PREFERRED PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience or knowledge of industrial maintenance products will be preferred, especially: Bearings, Industrial Lubricants, Motors, Power Transmission Products, Mechanical & Electrical Industrial Products, and other Industrial Maintenance / MRO Products.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

·       Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, OR BBA / MBA in Sales & Marketing.

·       Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

·       Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to communicate in Telugu and Hindi.

·       Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

·       Strong interest in technical sales and customer interaction.

·       Freshers with the required qualification and strong interest in B2B / technical sales may apply.

SALARY & BENEFITS

·       Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on experience and preferred industry experience

·       Annual Bonus

·       Petrol Allowance as per actuals

·       Mobile Sim Allowance
