💼 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our real estate sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Manage, guide and motivate the sales team.

- Generate and convert leads through calling, digital marketing and field marketing.

- Handle customer enquiries and explain project details, pricing and investment opportunities.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and drive conversions.

- Plan and coordinate property/site visits.

- Build strong relationships with customers, investors and channel partners.

- Develop and maintain channel partner networks.

- Monitor team performance, lead follow-ups and sales conversions.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

⭐ CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

- Leadership and team-management skills.

- Good knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is an advantage.

- Must be comfortable with customer meetings and site visits.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Target-driven and self-motivated candidates preferred.
