Job Description

  • SBI Credit Card Sales Team Leader – ResponsibilitiesManage and motivate the sales team.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads and acquire new customers.
  • Train and guide sales executives.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure proper documentation and KYC.
  • Follow up on pending applications.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Handle customer issues and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
