Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Conduct field visits to shops, retail outlets, and merchant locations.
  • Identify and onboard new merchants for digital payment services.
  • Install and activate QR code scanners and payment speaker boxes at merchant locations.
  • Complete merchant KYC and Re-KYC documentation and verification.
  • Monitor team members' daily field activities, productivity, and performance.
  • Guide team members on sales techniques, merchant onboarding, and product installation.
  • Ensure proper follow-ups with merchants and resolve installation or service-related issues.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, installation reports, and team performance updates.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and maintain good relationships with merchants.
