Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Team Leader to guide, motivate, and manage our sales representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving your team to meet and exceed revenue targets, mentoring individual team members, and identifying growth opportunities.
What You Will Do (Main Responsibilities)
- 👥 Guide the Team: Keep the team excited, happy, and focused on their daily work.
- 📈 Hit Targets: Make sure the whole team sells enough products to meet the company's monthly goals.
- 👨🏫 Coach & Train: Teach new hires how to sell, and help old team members improve their skills.
- 🤝 Help Close Deals: Step in to help your team members when they are dealing with a difficult client or a big sale.
- 📊 Check the Numbers: Watch the daily sales numbers and report the results to the higher authorites.
What You Need to Have (Requirements)
- 💼 Sales Experience: A proven track record of being good at selling things.
- 🗣️ Great Communication: Ability to talk clearly, listen well, and motivate people.
- 🧠 Problem-Solving: Good at handling customer complaints and resolving team arguments.
