Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Calling & Engagement
o Call all the generated leads provided by the marketing/sales team.
o Introduce project details clearly and build interest.
o Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences.
2. Follow-ups & Conversion
o Follow up consistently with warm leads until closure.
o Address queries related to pricing, approvals, amenities, and location benefits.
o Convince customers to schedule project demos and site visits.
3. Scheduling Site Visits
o Fix appointments and confirm dates/times for customer visits.
o Coordinate with the sales team for smooth site visit arrangements.
o Send reminders to ensure maximum attendance.
4. Customer Relationship Management
o Build rapport and trust with prospective buyers.
o Share project brochures, videos, or WhatsApp details as required.
o Ensure high-quality customer experience during the telecalling process.
5. Data & Reporting
o Update lead status in CRM/Excel after every call.
o Track conversion funnel (Interested → Visit Scheduled → Visit Done → Booking).
o Share daily/weekly call and visit scheduling reports with the manager.
6. Target Achievement
o Achieve daily calling and site visit scheduling targets.
o Support the sales team in maximizing closures.

· Strong communication & convincing power.
· Good follow-up skills & persistence.
· Customer service mindset with polite tone.
· Basic real estate project knowledge.
· Organized and disciplined in maintaining records.
