Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes overseeing the development and documentation of security controls tailored for cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The position also requires coordinating the transition of security measures into managed cloud operations, facilitating collaboration across various teams to maintain robust security postures and support ongoing performance targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on security objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of security architecture and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
- Experience in developing and maintaining cloud security frameworks and policies.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and compliance requirements within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security challenges and design effective mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with integrating security controls into cloud-managed operations and workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
