Job Description
Security ManagerLocation: Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + ₹2,000 Incentive
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Education: 12th Pass
English: Basic English
Job Type: Full Time | Day Shift
- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise security guards and their daily duties.
- Ensure proper security and safety of the premises.
- Prepare and manage security duty schedules and shift arrangements.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Regularly check CCTV cameras and security equipment.
- Handle security-related incidents and take quick action when required.
- Maintain daily security records, reports, and attendance.
- Coordinate with management and report any security concerns.
- Ensure all security staff follow company rules and safety procedures.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in security or security supervision.
- 12th Pass or above.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Responsible, alert, and disciplined.
- Comfortable working in a full-time day shift.
