Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect with 3+ years of experience in residential and interior architecture. The candidate should be able to independently handle architectural design, working drawings, client coordination, and site execution while ensuring quality and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for residential projects.
• Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and site teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution matches approved drawings and designs.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate design changes.
• Review drawings, materials, measurements, and site requirements.
• Resolve design and execution issues at site.
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, vendors, and other project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed according to design standards, quality, and timelines.
• Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Strong knowledge of residential architecture and interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction details and materials.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage site teams.
• Good planning, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Qualification

B.Arch / equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in residential and luxury interior projects preferred.
• Should be willing to travel to project sites in and around Hyderabad.
• Should be capable of independently handling projects from design stage through execution.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of design.
