About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in the EDR Space

 

The role is responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously enhancing enterprise employee data products and capabilities that support HR, compliance, operational, and regulatory processes. This role partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and operations teams to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, data quality, user experience improvements, and operational excellence across EDR platforms and integrations. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions while ensuring employee data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
• Define and maintain the EDR product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap. Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, regulatory requirements, risk reduction, and operational efficiency. Partner with HR, Technology, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders to align priorities.

 

 

Product Delivery

Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through implementation and post-production support. Develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Manage backlog prioritization and release planning in Agile environments. Coordinate testing, production validation, and deployment readiness activities.

 

Data Management & Integrations

Drive improvements to employee data quality, governance, controls, and reporting. Oversee integrations between EDR and upstream/downstream systems. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Support data ingestion, document processing, workflow enhancements, and exception management.

 

Risk, Compliance & Controls

Ensure solutions comply with enterprise data management, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Risk and Control teams to address findings and strengthen controls. Support audit, compliance, and governance activities.

 

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners. Communicate roadmap status, release plans, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

 

Operational Excellence

Monitor product health, adoption, service levels, and production support metrics. Lead root cause analysis and remediation of critical issues. Establish KPIs and continuously improve product performance and user experience.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related experience. Experience managing enterprise data, HR systems, or employee lifecycle platforms. Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies. Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization capabilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday, HR Technology, employee data management, or enterprise repositories. Knowledge of API integrations, data governance, and reporting solutions. Experience working in highly regulated environments. Familiarity with vendor management and third-party integrations. Experience leading large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.
