Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer at Laespace Design Studio located in Hyderabad. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, develop design concepts, create detailed drawings and layouts, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality execution of the design.

Qualifications

• Expertise in space planning, architecture, and interior design
• Strong skills in creating construction drawings
• Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and procurement
• Proficiency in design software and tools like Sketchup, 3DS Max, Coohom, Infurnia, VRay, Lumion is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in residential and commercial design projects is a plus
• Client interactions for design closure from lead stage.
