Job Description

  1. Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.
  2. Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals and local events.
  3. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  4. Guide customers on models, pricing, finance, insurance and exchange offers.
  5. Arrange test rides and product demos.
  6. Coordinate with finance partners, accounts and the delivery team for smooth vehicle delivery.
  7. Guide and support junior sales executives to meet team targets.
  8. Maintain lead records, follow-ups and daily or weekly sales reports.
  9. Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Telugu (English/Hindi is a plus)
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of vehicle finance and insurance processes
  • Leadership and team coordination
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
