Senior Specialist - Architecture

Role Summary The Level 3 Engineer will have a deep expertise in Tanium administration This role required advanced troubleshooting skills the ability to lead and support enterprise operations
Key Responsibilities
Deploy patch on servers bundle OS DB Middleware
Patch list management update creation
Server health checks troubleshooting
Adhocreportdashboard
Enhanced tag management
Responsible for managing action and future requests including automationplaybook
Lead advance trouble shooting and root cause analysis for Tanium incidents
Drive improvements in performance and compliance
Participate in change management risk assessment and stakeholder communication
Maintain technical documentation and runbooks in alignment with compliant standards
Manage and prioritize the future or upcoming request
Required Skills Experience
Strong experience with Tanium Core Module Patch Deploy Data Automate etc
Strong understanding of Tanium core principles like TDS Sensors Action Groups Client Settings etc
Dashboarding Data Analytics AutomationFamiliarity with monitoring ing and performance analytics tools
Exposure to ITSM processes
Experience working in largescale enterprise environments with a focus on uptime and optimization
Key Competencies
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in shift based or on call support environments
Effective communication
Team player with a proactive attitude
Scripting Powershell bash
OS Linux and Windows
Certifications Qualifications
Bachelors Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field
