Senior Study Abroad CounsellorYes Overseas Careers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team in Musarambagh, Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, recommending suitable countries, courses and universities, handling university applications, admissions and providing student visa guidance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents for Study Abroad / Overseas Education
• Understand student profiles, academic background, budget and career goals
• Recommend suitable courses, universities and countries
• Handle university applications and admission processes
• Guide students with SOP, LOR, CV and other documents
• Provide guidance on IELTS, PTE, TOEFL and other requirements
• Follow up on applications, offer letters and admissions
• Provide student visa counselling and documentation guidance
• Maintain regular follow-up with students and parents
• Coordinate with universities and internal admissions/visa teams
• Maintain student records and CRM updates
• Achieve counselling, application and conversion targets
• Stay updated on university requirements, scholarships and visa policies

CountriesExperience counselling students for multiple destinations is preferred, including UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and European countries such as Germany, France, Italy, Ireland and Switzerland.

• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline
• Study Abroad / Overseas Education experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of international university admissions and student visa processes
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong counselling, convincing and conversion skills
• Ability to independently handle students from Counselling → Application → Admission → Visa
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
