About the Role MindSupport Hypnosis & Counselling is looking for confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Counselling Executives to handle leads, counsel prospective students, conduct follow-ups and convert enquiries into workshop/course registrations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and respond to leads generated through digital marketing, website, social media and WhatsApp.
• Understand prospects' requirements and recommend suitable MindSupport programs.
• Explain course/workshop details, fees, schedules, benefits and registration process accurately.
• Handle objections and confidently communicate with prospective students.
• Conduct systematic follow-ups and convert interested leads into registrations.
• Maintain accurate lead status and notes in CRM.
• Communicate professionally through phone and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain daily reports and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the sales/team head to achieve overall team targets.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive personality with good listening skills.
• Strong follow-up and sales ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Comfortable discussing course fees and closing registrations.
• Languages preferred: Telugu, English & Hindi.
• Education: graduation preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, counselling, inside sales, education, training, wellness or high-ticket sales is preferred.
