Job Description: Telesales / Telecaller Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage prospective clients, qualify leads, present housing and plot offerings, and convert inquiries into scheduled site visits or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Make daily outbound calls to potential buyers and handle inbound queries regarding residential projects, affordable housing, and plot sales.
• Client Engagement & Pitching: Clearly explain project details, property USPs, pricing, and payment plans. Use strong persuasion and communication skills to build trust with prospects.
• Lead Tracking & Follow-ups: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow up regularly with warm leads, and schedule face-to-face meetings or site visits.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Achieve monthly call, meeting, and conversion targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline of interested buyers.
• Customer Support: Address candidate and client queries with professionalism, offering accurate information on properties, documentation, and process
