Job Description

We are hiring a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our two-wheeler service center. You will receive vehicles, explain service needs, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and receive vehicles for service
  • Inspect the vehicle with the customer and note complaints on the job card
  • Explain the work required, estimated cost and delivery time
  • Coordinate with technicians and the workshop controller for job allocation
  • Follow up on spare parts availability and ensure timely completion
  • Inform customers of additional repairs and take approval before work
  • Prepare estimates and invoices accurately
  • Handle customer complaints politely and resolve them quickly
  • Follow up with customers after delivery for feedback
  • Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts, warranty and genuine parts
