SFDC Test Lead
• Primary skills:Technology->Package Testing->SFDC Testing Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Validate Salesforce functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom implementations. Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing. Test Salesforce workflows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation. Validate integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs, middleware, and third-party systems. Perform data migration and data validation testing. Execute API testing for Salesforce integrations. Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Administrators, and Product Owners. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements. Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.Job role
