Job Description
- Support the Project Manager in daily site activities
- Supervise construction work as per approved drawings & plans
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and material usage standards are maintained
- Maintain daily progress reports & site documentation
- Assist in measurements and quantity tracking (BOQ)
What We’re Looking For
- 🎓 B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 👷 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply confidently!)
- Strong interest in site execution & project work
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site and grow long-term (min. 2 years commitment)
