Site Engineer - Finishes - HYD123

The Site Engineer - Finishes (Partitions, Enclosures & Roofing) is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing all architectural finishing works related to partitions, wall enclosures, roofing systems, ceilings, cladding interfaces, and associated finishing components in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. The role involves managing installation activities for gypsum board partitions, fire-rated partitions, acoustic wall systems, insulated panel systems, metal stud framing, clean room or data hall enclosures, roofing systems, waterproofing, flashing, roof insulation, and related architectural elements. The engineer shall review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and construction sequences to ensure compliance with design intent and client requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, managing subcontractors and manpower, coordinating with structural, MEP, and quality teams, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. The engineer shall verify dimensions, alignment, levels, fire-stopping requirements, acoustic performance requirements, roofing details, weatherproofing measures, and finishing quality standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing daily and weekly progress reports, coordinating material deliveries, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, supporting quality inspections, addressing punch-list items, and assisting with project handover documentation. Experience in Data Centre, Industrial, Commercial Building, Mission Critical Facility, or High-Tech Construction projects is preferred. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of partition systems, roofing installations, architectural finishes, fire-rated assemblies, waterproofing systems, relevant construction standards, and quality control procedures. A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience is required. Strong coordination, planning, technical, and communication skills are essential for successful project execution.
