We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills & English Trainer at Badrachalam , Mahabubabad and Ellandu locations to deliver high-quality training under NSDC/Skill Development programs. The trainer will be responsible for improving learners' English communication, interpersonal skills, workplace readiness, and overall employability.

The ideal candidate should be confident in classroom facilitation, possess strong English communication skills, and be able to engage learners from diverse educational and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver English communication and soft skills training as per the prescribed curriculum and training plan.
• Develop learners' spoken English, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, listening, reading, and writing skills.

• Use interactive teaching methods such as role plays, group discussions, presentations, activities, simulations, and practical exercises.
• Assess learners' language and soft-skill development through tests, activities, assignments, and mock interviews.
• Maintain daily attendance, assessment records, training reports, and learner progress documentation as required.
• Support learners in preparing for job interviews, workplace communication, and placement activities.
• Identify learners who require additional support and provide remedial training.
• Coordinate with the center/project team to ensure smooth implementation of the training program.
• Participate in trainer meetings, assessments, audits, workshops, and other program-related activities.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional classroom environment.
• Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, Management, or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree, B.Ed., TESOL/TEFL, or relevant trainer certification will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant NSDC/Skill India/SSC training experience are preferred.
• Experience1–3 years of experience in English language training, soft skills training, employability skills, vocational training, or corporate training.
• Experience working with NSDC, PMKVY, Skill India, Sector Skill Councils, vocational training institutes, colleges, or government skill-development projects will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent English communication and strong presentation skills may also be considered, depending on project requirements.
• Required SkillsExcellent spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management and learner-engagement skills.
• Good presentation and public-speaking abilities.
• Ability to train learners with different levels of English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Good knowledge of employability and workplace skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, PowerPoint, email, and online training tools.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans, activities, assessments, and training reports.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, patience, and adaptability.
