We are looking for a smart, professional and responsible Female Spa Manager to manage our day-to-day operations and deliver a premium guest experience.

Who Can Apply:

• Graduates in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
• Candidates with previous experience in Hotels, Resorts, Premium Salons, Spas or Hospitality
• Fresh Hotel Management graduates with strong communication and leadership skills may also apply
• Previous spa experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete day-to-day outlet operations
• Handle guest appointments, calls, walk-ins and enquiries
• Maintain professional guest relations and service standards
• Manage therapists, housekeeping and front-office operations
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and grooming
• Handle billing, daily closing and operational reports
• Drive sales, memberships, packages and repeat bookings
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory and spa consumables
• Maintain hygiene and operational standards
• Train and guide staff on hospitality and guest-service standards
• Coordinate regularly with management regarding sales, staff and operations

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong hospitality and guest-handling skills
• Presentable and professional
• Good leadership and team-management ability
• Sales-oriented with the ability to upsell services and memberships
• Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge
• Responsible, punctual and capable of independently managing an outlet

Experience: Freshers with Hotel Management qualifications or experienced hospitality candidates can apply.
