Specialist - System Management
Job Title Senior Linux Production Support Engineer
Job Summary
The role requires strong Linux administration production support automation deployment and operational excellence experience in a largescale enterprise environment supporting hundreds of servers
Key Responsibilities
Provide production support for the AMPS platform across global and APAC teams
Manage and support largescale UNIXLinux environments consisting of hundreds of hosts
Monitor system health availability performance and capacity across production environments
Troubleshoot complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis RCA
Support application release deployment and environment management activities
Collaborate with development infrastructure middleware and application teams to resolve operational issues
Perform system administration patching upgrades and maintenance activities
Execute deployment procedures and validate application functionality postdeployment
Develop and maintain operational documentation and support procedures
Participate in incident problem and change management processes
Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve reliability and efficiency
Support highavailability and disaster recovery environments
