Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) Contractor

Location: YASH ODC,  

Project Context: Transformation project converting backend legacy system into S/4HANA.

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA OTC Functional Consultant with minimum 8–10 years of core SAP OTC/SD experience to play a key role in our S/4HANA project. The candidate must have the experience of working on the transformational projects converting legacy application’s business processes into S4 application. He/she will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining key Order-to-Cash processes, managing complex third-party and internal interfaces, and driving cross-functional integrations specifically with Procurement, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and broader Logistics Execution (LE). Experience of working for the interfaces using BTP or at least should be knowledgeable in that area.

Key Responsibilities

• Order-to-Cash Execution: Design, configure, and optimize core OTC functional areas including Master Data (BP, Materials), Order Management, Deliveries and financial accounting.
• Interface Management: Design, build, and troubleshoot along with BTP team using BAPIs, REST/SOAP APIs connecting SAP OTC with legacy systems, external customer portals, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Should be able to handle interface issues between legacy system and latest version of S4 using BTP.
• EWM & Logistics Integration: Lead functional integration between SAP OTC, Sales & Distribution (SD), and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Ensure seamless end-to-end data flow for delivery processing, picking, packing, goods issue, and wave management.
• Logistics Execution (LE): Manage end-to-end LE processes including Outbound Delivery Processing, Shipping and Stock Transport Orders (STOs).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with MM, EWM, FI, Basis and security teams to ensure complete functional alignment across cross-module integration points.
• Delivery & Support: Draft clear Functional Specifications (FSDs), execute integration/UAT testing, support cutover activities, and provide post-go-live hypercare.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 8–10 years of dedicated hands-on functional experience in S4HANA OTC / SD.
• EWM Integration Expertise: Deep, demonstrated understanding of the OTC–EWM interface (e.g., Outbound Delivery Orders, Stock Transfers, Confirmation of Goods Issue).
• Logistics Execution Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end LE processes, shipping workflows, and inventory movements linked to sales flows.
• Interface Design: Advanced skill set in mapping of interfaces using BTP, interface troubleshooting, error handling, and API integration.
• Full Lifecycle Projects: Experience completing at least 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations or major upgrade/conversion projects (SAP S/4HANA experience is a must).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to manage business stakeholders and technical development teams.
