Design and develop next-generation DRAM, NAND, and emerging memory technologies powering AI, high-performance computing, mobile, and cloud applications. Work across memory architecture, circuit design, layout, verification, characterization, and product engineering to bring cutting-edge semiconductor innovations to market.

TD (Technology Development)

Drive the future of memory technology by developing advanced semiconductor process technologies, yield solutions, and scaling innovations for next-generation DRAM and NAND products. Collaborate across global teams to transform research and breakthrough concepts into high-volume manufacturing solutions.

 

High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) 

Help develop high-speed memory that allows AI systems, graphics processors, and data centers to process large amounts of data faster. 

 

NVEG Design India is a key organization within Micron's Technology Product Group , focused on the design, verification, implementation, and development of next-generation NAND flash memory, SSD, and storage controller technologies. The team drives innovation across ASIC/SoC design, Design Verification, Physical Design, CAD, Firmware, and Product Engineering to deliver high-performance storage solutions for AI, data center, and client applications

 

SSD Engineering 

Design and improve solid-state drives (SSDs) that store and move data quickly for AI, cloud, enterprise, and data center applications.
