- Job Description – Staff Nurse (GNM / BSc Nursing)Position: Staff NurseQualification: GNM / BSc NursingExperience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)Department: Clinical / Ward / OPD
- Reporting To: Nursing Superintendent / Medical OfficerRoles & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care as per nursing standards and hospital protocols
- Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and report abnormalities
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids as prescribed
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies
- Maintain accurate nursing records, charts, and documentation
- Ensure infection control and patient safety guidelines
- Prepare patients for procedures and surgeries
- Educate patients and attendants on care, medication, and discharge instructions
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and ward area
