Store Associate

As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in the daily operations and overall success of the store. This is a multi-functional role that requires flexibility, teamwork, efficiency, and a customer-focused attitude. Your responsibilities are not limited to a single task and may vary depending on operational requirements and management instructions.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve popcorn, cotton candy, and other food products while maintaining quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Operate popcorn machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, kitchen, equipment, counters, storage areas, and customer service areas at all times.
• Process and manage customer orders from online delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely order dispatch and customer satisfaction.
• Handle walk-in customer interactions professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with billing, order packing, labeling, and cash handling when required.
• Follow all company policies related to food safety, hygiene, workplace discipline, and operational procedures.
• Support promotional activities, product displays, and other store-related tasks as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members and managers to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Be flexible and willing to perform any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by management based on business needs.
