Store Executive Ice Cream Parlour

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Ice Cream Parlour Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving customers, maintaining product quality, ensuring cleanliness, handling billing transactions, and creating a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting flavors and products.

Scoop and serve ice cream according to company standards.

Maintain excellent presentation of display counters and products.

Handle UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.

Keep the store, counters, and seating areas clean and hygienic.

Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor.

Refill toppings, cones, cups, and other supplies as required.

Assist in opening and closing store operations.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Support inventory checks and stock management activities.

Handle customer feedback professionally and courteously.

Requirements

Minimum 10th/12th pass.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in food service, café, bakery, or ice cream parlour is preferred but not mandatory.
