Store Incharge

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material inward/outward, and stock records. The person will ensure materials are properly received, stored, issued, and tracked.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders/invoices.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and documentation.
• Issue materials to production and other departments as per authorized requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock and shortage items.
• Properly organize and label materials for easy identification and retrieval.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Management regarding material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials.
• Track damaged, excess, obsolete, or rejected materials and maintain appropriate records.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and material movement reports.
• Follow company procedures for inventory control and documentation.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of inventory and store management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify and track different materials and components.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
