Job Description
Store Manager - Woodkraft Studio, Kokapet (Hyderabad)
Woodkraft Studio is a Hyderabad-based furniture and home furnishings brand. We’re opening our third showroom at Kokapet and are looking for a Store Manager to set it up and run it from day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead the showroom’s pre-launch setup: display, layout, stock arrangement and staff readiness
- Run daily operations and open and close the store (11 AM - 9 PM, all 7 days)
- Hire, train and manage the showroom sales team
- Set monthly sales targets, track them daily and report to management
- Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs and close sales on furniture, curtains, wallpapers and other furnishings
- Follow up on every enquiry through calls and WhatsApp until it converts or is closed
- Coordinate with the factory and delivery team on order status, delivery dates and after-sales issues
- Handle customer complaints and keep customer satisfaction high
- Manage billing, cash handling, stock records and daily sales reports
- Keep the showroom clean, well displayed and brand-compliant
