🏪 STORE MANAGER – MR. OPTICALS
🔹 Job Responsibilities
• Manage daily optical store operations
• Achieve sales & monthly targets
• Manage Optometrist & Sales team
• Handle customers & resolve complaints
• Manage inventory, billing & cash
• Track spectacle orders & deliveries
• Maintain store display & cleanliness
• Train and motivate staff
