CNC Section Supervisor (With previous experience in Machine Operation)

Location: IDA Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience: 6+ years preferred - Relevant experience in CNC & mould making

WE ARE HIRING FOR A CNC SECTION SUPERVISOR ROLE, NOT A CNC MACHINE OPERATOR ROLE.

Candidates must have hands-on CNC machine operating experience along with experience supervising people and managing the CNC section.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Section Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day functioning, manpower and production activities of our CNC section.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage CNC operators and other section staff.
• Plan and allocate daily work across the CNC section.
• Monitor production schedules, output and quality.
• Hands-on CNC machine operating experience is mandatory.
• Experience in mould making / mould manufacturing is mandatory.
• Ensure jobs are completed as per required specifications and timelines.
• Handle manpower, work allocation, attendance and productivity.
• Monitor machine utilisation, tooling and production requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth production.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day production issues.
• Ensure proper machine operation, safety and housekeeping.
• Take complete responsibility for the performance and functioning of the CNC section.
• Perform all other supervisory and production-related activities required for the section.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a CNC Section Supervisor / CNC Supervisor / CNC Foreman / similar supervisory role.
• Strong practical knowledge of CNC machines.
• CNC machine operating experience is mandatory.
• Mould making experience is mandatory.
• Experience in handling and supervising a team.
• Good understanding of CNC machining, production and mould manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage people, production schedules and day-to-day shop-floor activities.
• Responsible, hands-on and capable of independently managing the CNC section.

We are specifically looking for someone who can supervise the CNC section, manage people, plan work and take responsibility for overall production, while having strong hands-on CNC experience.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month, depending on experience and suitability. (Salary NO BAR for the right candidate)
