TA Lead - Neuroscience

Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid 

Major Accountabilities:

Insights and Analytics Leadership

• Define analytical approaches and provide guidance on key IC performance indicators, methodologies, data interpretation, and analytical processes.
• Independently lead deep-dive and ad hoc analyses for complex or high-priority business questions on Incentives
• Review IC reports to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and relevant business insights.
• Translate complex findings into concise, leadership-ready recommendations.
• Strengthen the team’s evolution from IC report production to insight generation and decision support.

AI, Automation, and Innovation

• Identify AI and automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, accelerate insight generation, and enable data-backed decisions.
• Lead the responsible validation and adoption of AI-enabled processes, considering quality, usability, scalability, and business value.
• Drive process simplification and automation to improve efficiency and consistency.

Delivery Excellence and Governance

• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery through stringent quality controls and clear review mechanisms.
• Provide guidance on system configuration, reporting, processes, and established ways of working.
• Ensure adherence to governance expectations and operating standards.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, allocate resources efficiently, and establish clear ownership.
• Enable effective collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.

People and Capability Leadership

• Build structured upskilling roadmaps aligned with evolving analytics, AI, technical, and business needs.
• Set clear goals, conduct regular check-ins, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Facilitate training, certifications, mentoring, effective hiring, and onboarding.
• Promote accountability, engagement, retention, well-being, and sustainable performance.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, life sciences, engineering, or a related field is required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 6–8 years of overall experience. Provide high-quality, business-relevant insights that support leadership decisions and strategic priorities
• Drive responsible adoption and scaling of AI and automation solutions to create measurable business value.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with defined quality standards.
• Strengthen governance, risk management, resource allocation, and accountability.
• Deliver clear, actionable, and decision-ready recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build team capability in analytics, AI, and business understanding.
• Maintain strong team engagement, performance, and retention.
• Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement priorities with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
