Tally Accountant & Customer Relations Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Tally professional who combines traditional accounting expertise with modern communication and tech skills. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, handling direct customer communications, and utilizing AI tools to work smarter and faster. Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Manage daily billing, inventory tracking, and bookkeeping using Tally.
• Customer Relations: Speak confidently and professionally with customers, handle incoming inquiries, and build strong client relationships.
• AI Integration: Actively use AI platforms like Gemini and ChatGPT to draft emails, generate reports, solve problems, and optimize daily tasks. You must know how to think critically and write effective prompts to get the right results.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on, practical experience using Tally.
• Communication: Excellent speaking skills with a confident, customer-friendly approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Proven ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini). You don't just copy-paste; you know how to give the right instructions (prompts) to get high-quality outputs.
• Mindset: Smart, organized, and capable of applying common sense to business problems.
