Job Description

Freshers Are Welcome – No Experience Required!

We are hiring enthusiastic and hardworking staff for Chaistaan, our chai shop. If you are interested in working in a tea shop, we will provide complete training on how to prepare delicious chai.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve different varieties of chai and other beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tea preparation area.
  • Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
  • Handle daily shop activities and assist with billing.
  • Maintain stock and ensure proper use of ingredients.
  • Follow food safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • No prior chai-making experience required.
  • Complete training will be provided on how to make chai.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Punctual, responsible and hardworking.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
