Management Faculty – BBA Programme

Position: Assistant Professor / Faculty – Management

Department: Management / Business Administration

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Management Faculty to teach undergraduate BBA students. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, mentoring students, preparing academic materials, and supporting the overall academic development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach management-related subjects to BBA students.
• Plan and deliver effective lectures, presentations, activities, and case studies.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
• Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluate student performance.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development.
• Maintain attendance, academic records, and other departmental documentation.
• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, seminars, and college activities.
• Encourage practical learning through case studies, presentations, projects, and industry-oriented activities.
• Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure smooth academic delivery.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / M.Com / M.Phil / Ph.D. in Management or a relevant specialization.
• Candidates with relevant postgraduate qualifications and strong subject knowledge may also be considered.
• UGC/AICTE/University eligibility requirements, wherever applicable, will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of management concepts and business practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate undergraduate students.
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use PowerPoint, digital teaching tools, and online learning platforms.
• Strong academic, analytical, and mentoring abilities.

Experience:

• Teaching experience at the undergraduate level will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with relevant industry experience along with academic qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
