Job Description

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our Technology Program Manager in managing Sprint Deployments and internal IT projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of project management processes, ticketing systems (preferably Jira), and a keen interest in learning new technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technology Program Manager in coordinating and scheduling meetings between various team involved in software development and maintenance.
• Assist in writing and reviewing Infrastructure Project Plans.
• Monitor and prioritize Jira tickets, ensuring timely updates and adherence to workflows.
• Schedule Sprint deployments taking care of approved downtimes and provide periodic updates related to Sprint and hotfix deployments to stakeholders.
• Mediate between DEV, QA, and DevOps teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Engage in sprint, security team meetings, to help prioritize infrastructure tickets with the Product team.
• Document project reports, tracking project progress and identifying roadblocks.
• Coordinate with business and DevOps teams to schedule downtimes for maintenance activities.
• Communicate process information, downtimes, and project execution status to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and assist in eliminating roadblocks in project or task execution, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage GIT access, including repository creation and access management.
• Support overall access management on various platforms as needed.
• Ensure Change management practices are followed for project and task execution.
• Foster a culture of adherence to processes and encourage team members to follow established workflows.
